Terms & Conditions

Welcome to TarotBySunayna ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website www.TarotBySunayna.com ("Site") or booking our tarot reading services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Nature of Services

  • Our tarot reading Services are provided for personal development or guidance or entertainment or spiritual purposes.

  • Tarot readings are not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial or psychiatric services. We recommend consulting licensed professionals for such matters.

  • Insights or potential scenarios or possible predictions provided during readings are expressions of opinion based on the interpretation of tarot cards at the time of reading and are not guaranteed outcomes. Outcomes may be influenced by your free will and decisions.

2. Eligibility

  • We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone under 18 without parental consent or for any other reason at our discretion.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings for tarot readings must be made through our Site or designated booking platform or as per guidance from us communicated through official Whatsapp number or email id.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking, prior to the commencement of the reading. We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards and other authorised media through secure third-party platforms. We are not liable for any issues arising from these platforms.

  • Prices mentioned on site or in other communication from us are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • For corporate or team or event bookings, a 50% deposit is required at the time of confirmation, with the remaining balance due on or immediately after the event. 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Online / Email Readings: Once a reading has commenced, it is non-refundable due to the labor involved. If you wish to cancel, you must notify us via email at Hello@TarotBySunayna.com within 12 hours of booking, and a full refund will be issued provided the reading has not started.

  • In-Person / Zoom / Google meet Readings: Cancellations or rescheduling require 24-hour advance notice via email or phone. Failure to provide notice will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. No refunds are issued for no-shows or late arrivals (beyond 10 minutes).

  • Event Bookings: A 7-day advance cancellation notice is required, or the 50% deposit will be forfeited. Additional charges may apply for events extending past midnight or for last-minute extensions.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • No refunds will be issued due to dissatisfaction with the reading content or emotional reactions to the reading.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • All tarot readings are confidential. We will not disclose your identity or the contents of your reading to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law (e.g., to prevent imminent harm or comply with legal processes).

  • Personal information provided (e.g., name, email) is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your data to third parties except as permitted by law.

6. Code of Ethics

  • We conduct readings with honesty, compassion, and integrity, respecting all clients regardless of age, gender, race, religion, or background.

  • We do not provide readings on topics outside our expertise, including medical diagnoses, legal advice, financial investments, or predictions of exact dates (e.g., marriage or death).

  • We do not read for third parties (e.g., about another person’s thoughts or actions) without their consent, as this violates our ethical standards. Readings will focus on your own experiences and needs and any opinions on third parties in context of your interactions with them.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a reading if the question violates our ethics, privacy principles, or personal boundaries.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring you are available for scheduled readings. Incorrect information may result in a missed appointment with no refund or rescheduling.

  • You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the reading. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your choices.

  • You agree to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our Site, including text, images, logos, and reading materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

  • Tarot reading reports are for your personal use only and may not be shared or used for commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or Site, including but not limited to loss of data, profit, or emotional distress.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or outcome of any reading. Readings are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram Haryana India.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our Site, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
